Professional Biography of Michael Lincoln

Mike Lincoln is a Director for the Foundation for Personal Financial Education, a non-profit educational organization comprised of various financial professionals. Attorneys, Accountants, Financial Advisors, and other financial service professionals conduct instructional workshops on important financial topics, including retirement planning, financial management, estate planning, asset allocation, and more. The Foundation for Personal Financial Education conducts hundreds of workshops a year for companies, organizations, institutions, and associations of all types.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Southern California. Mike also is the General Manager of Lincoln Capital, and is a Financial Advisor and Registered Principal with LPL Financial Services. He is registered in the states of California, Rhode Island, Florida, Hawaii, South Carolina, Kansas, Virginia, Georgia, New York, Utah, Idaho, Nevada and Oregon. Mike is in his 21st year of practice in the Securities and Financial Services industry.

Mike finds that many professionals simply get caught up in the crisis of everyday business and family concerns, unwittingly postponing their personal and family financial planning and thereby run the risk of sacrificing their current and future security. With a desire to help people plan for their financial futures, Mike assists individuals and families of all income levels in identifying their personal and family needs and resources in order to obtain a comfortable level of security for today and tomorrow.

Mike is married to his wife Kim and they have 2 daughters, Mikaela and Makena.

Professional Biography of Douglas R. Irwin

Douglas R. Irwin founded the Law Firm of Irwin & Associates in 1993 after leaving the downtown San Diego firm of Silldorf, Burdman, Duignan & Eisenberg, where he managed the firm’s Estate Planning division. Mr. Irwin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University where he received an Athletic Scholarship in Baseball. Mr. Irwin received his Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier College School of Law. During law school Mr. Irwin received the American Juris-Prudence Award for his work in Anti-Trust I and Anti-Trust II. He was also a member of the Advocacy Honors Board and was a runner-up in the National Trial Competition.

Mr. Irwin is a frequent lecturer on Estate Planning issues and is an adjunct professor at Point Loma Nazarene University. Mr. Irwin is also the Director of The Foundation for Personal Financial Education, a non-profit educational organization, and enjoys donating his time to conduct employee training at the Federal, State and County levels, as well as the training for fortune 500 companies. Mr. Irwin also currently represents the Business Department on the Alumni Board for Point Loma Nazarene University, and is a representative on the Scripps Foundation Planned Giving Board. He is a member of the American Bar Association and is active in the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section of the State Bar of California and San Diego County Bar Association. Mr. Irwin enjoys the time he spends on the Del Mar Little League Board as well as coaching his children in their sports programs.

The law firm of Irwin & Associates emphasizes the areas of estate planning, charitable planning and business planning. The firm has extensive experience working with numerous banks, trust departments, universities, charities and individuals assisting with the transfer of wealth from one generation to the next through the use of living trusts, testamentary trusts, charitable trusts and irrevocable life insurance trusts. The firm encourages professional development of its staff through continuing legal education, including teaching and community involvement in professional associations and civic activities.

Mr. Irwin is married to his college sweet heart and lives in Carmel Valley with their two children, Hogan and Audrey.

Professional Biography of Michael Cameron

Michael Cameron brings more than 17 years of financial services experience, and practical business implementation to The Foundation, including serving as Vice President at US Bancorp and UBS PaineWebber, where his team was responsible for managing more than $80MM of client assets. At UBS, Michael ranked in the top 50 of a national peer group, and also earned the Investment Management Consultant (IMC) designation after completing advanced training in Equity Analysis/ Valuation, Fixed Income Valuation, and Portfolio Management.

In 1997, applying his knowledge of the securities markets, Michael co-founded a software company called NetWorth Services (Google: NetWorth Services), a software development and consulting company in the financial services industry which enables investors, corporations, and the government to easily calculate and reconcile investment records. NetWorth Services software products are currently used by several Fortune 500 companies, as well as government agencies, and independent accountants and financial advisors worldwide. Although no longer involved in the day-to-day activities, NetWorth still operates today.

While investing in various real estate projects in Arizona and Southern California, Michael started Cameron Real Estate Group in his hometown of San Diego, California. With his knowledge of the investment and real estate markets, he began investing in development and rehab projects. Today, Michael consults with real estate clients, and continues to expand his business. He is currently a member of the Leading Edge Society at his firm, and a top producer in his office, and he also recently earned the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation. Michael is a Realtor, and a member of NAR, CAR and serves as a trustee to the Investment Committee at the San Diego Association of Realtors. Michael is also active with the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM), BIOCOM, San Diego Venture Group and San Diego Software Industry Council.

Michael enjoys serving as Director at The Foundation for Personal Financial Education (FPFE), a 503(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides educational classes to employees of government agencies at the federal, state, and local levels, as well as to leading local companies in San Diego, and across the country. FPFE conducts hundreds of workshops each year on concepts related to financial management, estate planning, real estate, and mortgage planning.

Michael lives in La Mesa, and has 2 children, Jonathan age 18, and Rio age 15.

Ron Greenwald, MBA is an Associate Director for the Foundation For Personal Financial Education, a non-profit educational organization comprised of various financial professionals. Attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, and mortgage lending professionals conduct instructional workshops on important financial topics, including tax, investment, retirement, and estate planning; asset protection, cash management, home financing, and more.

Ron has over 30 years experience in the business world. His background in accounting, financial and estate planning provide the valuable insight into helping his clients achieve their mortgage goals and objectives. Ron has worked the last 10 years in the mortgage industry. Today, Ron and his mortgage team provide each client with one-on-one service and numerous options as how to best structure the financing for their personal residence or investment property.

Ron has been working with the Foundation For Personal Financial Education for over 6 years and has been the featured speaker regarding mortgages, refinancing, and credit score management at locations including City, County, State, and Federal Agencies, fortune 500 companies, and more.

Ron earned his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. Prior to attending U.S.C., Ron earned his Certified Public Accountant Certificate while working at Arthur Andersen & Co.

Patricia Spencer

Professional Biography of Patricia Spencer

Patricia is recognized as San Diego's leading Long Term Care Insurance Specialist. She is the President of Autumn Solutions and has over 17 years experience in the health care field. Prior to founding Autumn Solutions, she was CEO for the largest Home Care Agency in San Diego County. She brings her extensive background in both health care and long term care planning to her role as educator and advisor.

Ms. Spencer is a native of San Diego, a Certified Senior Advisor, and a Certified Long Term Care Insurance She has been featured on the KUSI Noon News and quoted by The San Diego Union Tribune, as well as San Diego Metropolitan Magazine. In 2001, she received the San Diego Women Who Mean Business award from the San Diego Business Journal. In 2004, she was honored as one of the top 50 Long Term Care Insurance experts in the USA by the American Association of Long Term Care Insurance. In addition to maintaining an active speaking schedule to civic community, and professional groups, Ms. Spencer assists attorneys, financial planners, business owners, individuals, and couples with long term care planning.

Patricia's mission at Autumn Solutions is to provide education and financial solutions for Long Term Care Planning.
