Darik has substantial tenure in mortgage finance, coming into it by way of the bond market, and business development in the software space.  He has developed a deep knowledge of the technical aspects of the business working with one of the longest-operating mortgage brokers in California (that recently merged with Home Point Financial).  This experience has given him a broad knowledge of financing strategies beyond traditional bank offerings and deep insight.

A real estate loan, for home or investment, is always a significant obligation that needs to be tailored to fit in with the homeowner’s or investor’s complete financial picture.  It is so incredibly important that real estate investors are thoroughly educated about every aspect of their financing as well as analysis of concurrent opportunities for their monthly and upfront investments.  The most gratifying aspects of his business is communicating this knowledge and working closely to understand and know the people with whom he gets to engage.

Darik is a great asset to FPFE workshop series and provides solid insights and education California employees via the Foundation for Personal Financial Freedom –helping develop well rounded, financially sophisticated, employees who can better manage their financial future.
